Prykarpattian Theater

On Saturday and Sunday, the artists' collective Prykarpattian Theater invites everyone interested to become part of a workshop. Together with people who share a story of displacement, the artists will build models of houses. These can represent the buildings that the participants have left behind. They can also represent the places that have become their new homes. Prykarpattian Theater will continue the workshop in October in Chernivtsi, Düsseldorf's partner city in Ukraine. Afterwards, the results of both events will be exhibited at the Theater of Hopes and Expectations.
Participants do not need to have any special skills or knowledge. A description from memory or a photo of the house that is to be modeled is sufficient.
